I was helping my Mother-in-Law out by assisting her with the plumber installing a new toilet and 2 new faucets. The plumber from Pioneer Plumbing was Anthony. Anthony was truly a joy to work with. He is a VERY experienced plumber and was an absolute gentleman. Anthony was very good at keeping me informed as to the status of the various tasks he was working. Daniel performed the annual testing and purge of the 2 water heaters. He explained what he did, showed pictures, explained that one of the expansion tank was failing. At my request, he gave me an estimate that I accepted, went to his warehouse and replaced the part. He cleaned afterwards, make sure to close all doors. He was very polite and professional. Very good services overall.

Terrell was out friendly and helpful plumber, ready to help us after we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night (of course!). We have a 70's house with a lot of character (=lots of hidden surprises). So it wasn't an easy fix. Terrell was a joy to work with and we 100% recommend him.

Yesterday Terrell and Junior replaced our old water heater with a tankless. They did this in one day, working from morning to night in a very cramped space. We were so impressed with their work. So impressed and pleased with this company! I needed to convert my firepit from a propane tank to a natural gas line. I got 3 bids. Pioneer Plumbing’s bid was the best. Josh and Robert found the hidden gasline in the wall, extended it down through the walls and punched it out under the patio directly under the firepit. They spent a good amount of time planning before they made any cuts so that they got it right the first time. And they kept me in the loop so I had no surprises. The job was done very well. Josh and Robert are qualified and knowledgeable. And cleaned everything up after the job was done! I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing.

This is the second time that I have used Pioneer Plumbing because I was so impressed with their level of service the first time. Aaron came out today to give me an estimate on an area that needed to be addressed, and asked if there was anything else that I wanted him to check out while he was there. I couldn't think of anything additional, so he said that he would just test the water pressure. Turns out the water pressure was way too high! He gave us 3 different estimate options which I very much appreciated. He was knowledgable and friendly and I highly recommend!

The evening before Thanksgiving, with eight guests coming, my kitchen faucet stopped working. We’ve used Pioneer for 20 years, so I called and Amanda immediately scheduled Scott to make the emergency repair. He replaced the faucet with a comparable one and then identified a potential problem under the sink that could lead to a major leak. He fixed that too, and Thanksgiving was a big success. Thanks to Pioneer and Scott.

Scott and George did a fabulous job on our houseld plumbing project. Hard workers and great quality work. I am extremely pleased with the results. Scott presented us with a number of options to choose from and helped us select what was right for us. This was a very pleasant experience and I am very happy.

I have been using Pioneer for our plumbing needs for over 20 years. I count on them for timely, reliable service. Most recently, they fixed a water leak just on our side of the Tucson Water meter. I called the morning our landscapers found the leak, and Pioneer had a plumber, Duane, out here that afternoon. Duane was courteous, efficient and had the leak repaired promptly. I was pleased with the work and with Pioneer's usual timely response to our needs.

This morning we had a water leak and called Pioneer Plumbing. Believe it or not, they came out the same day. The technician, Aaron Wohrman, was so polite, professional and knowlegeable. I highly recommend him.

Dwayne did a wonderful job. He had to fight with years old rust...but he used all his tools including a saw. And the final job is beautiful and clean. I would absolutely recommend his work. I would also like to give a Job Well Done to Billy, who was here to replace a toilet a few weeks ago. I didn't know how to leave a review, so I hope this isn't too late to give my appreciation to him as well.

We're so grateful to D'wayne and Logan for all their efforts to get the hot water up and running to our guest house. We had problems with a solar water heater and a leaky tub. Very few companies will deal with a solar water heater. Pioneer would prefer to let other companies do it, but their estimator, Joe, recognized we were in a bind so he came out to help. The leaky tub was the result of shoddy work by another company. Joe was so outraged that their work was not up to code that he called them on our behalf. If we had to go to court, he offered to help us too. Because Pioneer documented everything with photos, however, we were reimbursed by the other company. How can you not love these guys? Oh, they ended up doing terrific work not only with the tub but the heater as well. We will never use another plumbing company. They really saved our bacon, did everything they said they would; showed up on time, worked hard and were always pleasant. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Hot water heaters broke on a weekend. They were the only company out of 7 that answered me right away and kept me posted on when they could come that same day. They did excellent work had new hot water heater in by late afternoon.

We used Pioneer Plumbing to install some gas pipe into our house, and while there were some staffing delays in the process, the end result was reasonably priced and well done. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and willing to ensure that the end result was right, even after a mistake on my part requiring an extra visit.

Had the main water-line from the meter (on my side of the property line - of course) sprung a leak after 10 years of usage. The line was leaking like a sieve, so I originally called another 24-hr plumber (the company name is withheld) - that was a big mistake. The first plumbers arrived five hours after their original promised time, and when the plumber did arrive (at 9:00 PM) he told me that he couldn't help me, and that I'd have to completely pull all of the plumbing from the water main to the house at a cost of over $3500! After I told the plumber I think that's a little high to replace some couplings and a new water pressure regulator, the conversation quickly turned into asking if I were interested in financing the repair. No way was I going to go for that. Next morning my coworker recommended Pioneer, and said he had a good experience with them in the past for a very similar problem. I'm glad I called them. Pioneer quickly sent out two technicians and they quickly fixed the leak for $250. I was satisfied with their professionalism, and without the pressure to invest into a major expenditure that I wasn't ready to commit to.

3:30 A.m. Woke up in a puddle of sweat, A/C was wailing away with no cooling. So sad, so hot. After a few attempts of on/off switching battle with the thermostat-no response from A/C. Determined that the compressor was not engaging, hopefully it was a mere capacitor failure...Called at 3:47 a.m. and pushed 9 for the emergency hotline to the guy on call. it took 3 maybe 4 rings....i was fearful no response after the third ring, I knew the heat of the day would be estimated to be 112 degrees. I had myself, a young man, my eldery father and our old chihuahua to worry about with the impending heat wave approaching. On the fourth ring a man answered and a wave of relief flowed over me. He was so polite, joyful, and made me feel at home as he clearly was waking up. He bounced some jokes back and forth between us as he got on the horn and called his A/C guy to work us into the Schedule for THE SAME DAY!!! They managed to work us in for a late morning appointment to save us from the emergency fee (we think...) while providing same day service. Dawson and Friend (name?) showed up right around 11 a.m. when the temperature outside hit 100. Within 20 minutes we had cold air flowing after the capacitor was replaced. While here we were recommended and quoted a freon recharge ranging from 300-400. We agreed and the total bill was just shy off $400 including labor, recharge, and capacitor replacement! BY NOON WE WERE PUTTING ON CLOTHES in our home again (like civil folks). YEEESSS!!! Also on June 4th we used this business for unclogging our kitchen sink which was draining very slowly. Same deal, got us an appointment to wave the emergency fee (we think..) showed up on time, very pro, polite, and courteous. Gave free advice on my ancient toilet (replacement needed) and unclogged my sink in no time. Best experience with a Plumbing and Cooling company in the same month!!! Usually a plumbing or cooling is major failure and is costly to repair and both times in a month, this company saved the day and made it very easy on the wallet, time, and accommodations. Will use this company for any and all my future plumbing and cooling needs and recommend to all I can!!! So FRIENDLY!!!! LUV U!!! Thank you! -Hobbs

Pioneer Plumbing installed a new AC unit on my house. I had spent months shopping around for an AC unit, Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, Perry Heating & Cooling and Hamstra, Pioneer was the best bang for the buck! The old one was over 20 years old. I talked with Jim, he walked me through all the options as to what would work best for my house and budget. He emailed me those options so me and my wife could review them. There was no high pressure sales, just educating us on options. He even gave me some great advise about re-coating my rubber roof coating under the old unit, before they installed the new one. Now I have a new 15 year roof coating under my new AC unit. The install guys were great. We have 3 large dogs, so we had to coordinate the installers coming in the house. The installers text me that they would be ready to come in an hour. I came home and let them in the house. 45 minutes later I was back to work. Thanks Pioneer!

I have used Pioneer 3 times in the past 4 months for 3 different jobs (removing/replacing water lines on my roof so I could have it replaced, troubleshooting an issue in my kitchen and snaking roots from my service line). Each time they were timely, professional, thorough, honest and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

After some unhappy experiences with other plumbers on our various rental properties around town, Pioneer was recommended to us. We’ve had them do a number of jobs from installing cut off valves in an old building that didn’t have them to replacing old 1950s era showers with something more modern – they’ve always done a great job, very professional and courteous, on time, quality work. No, they’re not the cheapest plumbers you can get your hands on but we trust them with any critical work more than any other plumber we’ve used (and we’ve used a number).

I had a nasty clog that was causing my kitchen and bathroom sinks to backup with some pretty disgusting water. A friend of mine spoke highly of them, so I called Pioneer Plumbing for help. The office personnel were very polite and answered all my questions. I received a courtesy call a couple hours later from the tech to let me know he was on his way to my house. The plumber, Cassius, showed up and wasted no time in locating what was causing the clog. He successfully fixed the problem and was patient enough to answer all my questions about what was going on behind the drywall. All-in-all, very pleased with Cassius and the rest of the team at Pioneer. Five Star service for sure!!!

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

This review is long overdue. I have used Pioneer Plumbing for several years now. They always show up on time and never fail to resolve the issue. They are transparent when explaining what additional work may need to be completed and their service reps are always polite and knowledgeable. Also, someone always answers the phone and if you have an emergency they'll do their best to get someone out to the property asap. The last technician that worked on the property, Raul Hernandez, updated me continuously as to the problems he found and what solutions could be taken. Additionally, this was an after-hours call and he called again in the morning as he said he would to inform me of the next step. I definitely recommend this company.
