Ginny Motzkin, owner and Secretary-Treasurer of Pioneer Plumbing Heating & Cooling, was born in Michigan and has resided in Tucson since 1968. Ginny has worked hand in hand with Mike from the very beginning to build a better company.
Ginny Motzkin serves our clients in many ways not seen by our clients. She manages and regulates the financial aspects of the company. She insures that we are always operating legally in all aspects and handles all accounts receivable and payable keeping us current at all times. She leads our Human Resources department.
Ginny enjoys reading, quilting, house boating with family and visiting sick children with her therapy dog to bring joy to their day. Her favorite thing to do is travel and her dream is to travel to Australia and New Zealand.
